Our policies
We collect only what we need to bake and deliver your order: your name, contact number, email and delivery address. We use these to process orders, send updates and, if you opt in, occasional offers.
Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways — we never store your full card details on our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
You can ask us to update or delete your data any time by writing to cupncakeart@gmail.com. Our site uses basic cookies to remember your cart and preferences.

By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Prices, availability and designs may change without notice.
Product photos are indicative. Handmade cakes and custom designs may vary slightly in colour and finish. Allergen note: our kitchen handles eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten and soy — cross-contact is possible.
Custom and bulk orders require a confirmation deposit. Full ownership of goods passes to you on delivery and payment in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana.
Because everything is baked fresh to order, cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery for standard items, and up to 48 hours before for custom cakes. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once baking has begun.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
We are a small kitchen that cares — if anything is not right, talk to us and we will make it right.
We deliver across Gurugram — including Sohna Road, Sectors 49 & 50, Nirvana Country, South City 2 and Sushant Lok. Enter your pincode on any product page to confirm your area.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹49 applies below that. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6 PM, subject to slots. Custom cakes usually need 48 hours notice.
You will receive tracking updates by SMS and email. Someone should be available at the delivery address during your chosen slot to receive the order.
