It’s in the confirmation message we sent on WhatsApp or SMS — it looks like CNC-10482.
2. Send it to the counter
Message it to us on WhatsApp, or call. We check the kitchen board and reply straight away.
3. We tell you the slot
Baking, decorating, out for delivery or delivered — plus the rider’s ETA once it leaves us.
Ordered through Swiggy or Zomato?
Those orders are tracked inside the app you ordered from. Anything you ordered direct from us, we’ll track for you here.
