Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by The CUPnCAKE Factory, a bakery and cafe in Gurugram, Haryana. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay, or in cash on delivery where that option is offered for your address and order value.
- An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds, or when we accept a cash-on-delivery order.
What we can and cannot promise about a cake
- Every cake is decorated by hand. Colours and finish will be very close to the photograph, but no two are identical.
- Photographs on this site are of our own work and are indicative of style and size.
- Where a decoration or a flavour is unavailable, we will contact you and offer the nearest alternative before making it.
- Toppers, candles and props shown in photographs are not included unless the description says so.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, nuts and soya. Even items described as eggless are made in a kitchen where eggs are used, and we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If you have a serious allergy, please speak to us before ordering rather than relying on the product description alone.
Personalised messages
You are responsible for what you ask us to write on a cake. We will not pipe anything obscene, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and we will contact you for an alternative if you ask us to. Spelling is piped exactly as you type it, so please check it.
Orders we may decline
We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was clearly wrong, where we cannot deliver to your address in time, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Our content
The photographs, recipes, designs and text on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. Your own reference photographs remain yours; by sending them you allow us to use them to make your cake.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
