We bake everything in-house in Gurugram and deliver across the city. Here is exactly what we promise, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every sector of Gurugram, old and new. We deliver within Gurugram pincodes only, so we cannot deliver to Delhi or to towns outside the city such as Sohna or Manesar. At checkout you will be asked for your pincode; if we cannot reach you, the site will say so before you pay rather than after.
Collection from our counter is also available at no charge. Choose it at checkout and we will tell you when your order is ready.

Delivery slots are shown at checkout. We aim to arrive within your chosen slot. On festival days, and on 14 February, slots fill early and may close sooner than usual.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge for your address is calculated at checkout before you pay. It depends on distance from the outlet fulfilling your order. Nothing is added afterwards.
On the day
- Please make sure the phone number on the order is reachable. Our rider will call on arrival.
- Please check the cake in front of the rider. Damage reported at the door is resolved immediately; damage reported the next day is much harder for us to put right.
- If nobody is available, our rider will wait up to 15 minutes and will try your number twice.
- If we still cannot reach you, the order returns to the outlet and you may collect it the same day. We cannot refund an order that failed because we could not reach anyone, and we cannot re-deliver a perishable cake the following day.
Keeping it well
Our cakes contain fresh cream and no preservatives. Refrigerate on arrival, and take the cake out about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy within 48 hours. We cannot take responsibility for a cake left out of refrigeration after it has been handed over.
If something goes wrong
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs, at cupncakeart@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98183 29077. We will replace or refund. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out how.
